Job Description:

The role involves attending POSH enquires for recording the minutes of the enquiry discussions, co
ordination with Internal Committee for preparing detailed enquiry reports within the defined TAT. The
role supports the IC by maintaining confidential records centrally and taking care of activities related to
POSH compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*
 Attend IC meetings to take accurate and detailed minutes
 Prepare enquiry reports based on the discussions and evidence presented
 Work with the IC to ensure accuracy and alignment in reporting
 Ensure all reports are clear, concise and compliant with the policy and legal requirements
 Coordinate with Internal Committee for gathering necessary details
 Assist in drafting formal communications
 Assist in maintaining and updating confidential records and databases related to POSH cases
 Maintain POSH MIS centrally
 Responsible for filing Annual POSH details with Government bodies.
 Prepare POSH MIS for Board Meetings
