Job Description:

Credit Assessment
 Appraise/Underwrite the loans within defined policy guidelines and accordingly recommend to
appropriate authority for approval.
 Thorough checking of the application file as per the laid down policy/process guidelines
 Assess the income, ability, intention and credit behavior of the applicant and verify documents and
reference checks, bureau checks, along with the customer due diligence
 Understanding the nature of business of the applicant(s), identifying risk associated and ascertaining
the revenue stream
 Evaluate all the credit risk parameters and implement measures to mitigate the same
 Prepare the credit approval memo and manage the overall TAT and approval rate.
Credit Monitoring
 Ensure strict adherence to the laid down policy and process
 Ensure portfolio quality
 Periodic monitoring of Exception approvals/Reject analysis and inference.
 Ensure Credit Quality and maintain the Credit Cost under control
