EDUCATION QUALIFICATION: Graduate/Diploma/BTech Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

OTHER PROFESSIONAL COURSES/CERTIFICATION (if required): Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and at least one email automation platform.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job Summary:

We’re seeking a creative, data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize our online marketing campaigns. You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, content, design, and product teams to
drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across digital channels

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy and Execution
• Develop, implement, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (e.g., SEO/SEM, email, social media,display advertising, affiliate marketing).
• Collaborate on content calendars, ensuring alignment with product launches, promotions, and seasonal initiatives.Performance Analysis & Optimization
• Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI) using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other tools.
• A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, email subject lines, and calls-to-action to continually improve conversion rates.
SEO and Content Marketing
• Conduct keyword research and onpage optimization (titles, meta descriptions, internal linking).
• Coordinate with content writers to produce blog posts, whitepapers, and case studies that support SEO goals.
Social Media & Community Engagement
• Plan and publish organic and paid social media posts on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster an active online community.
Email Marketing and Automation
• Build and segment email lists, design campaign flows, and write compelling copy.
• Use marketing automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) to nurture leads and reengage customers.
Budget Management
• Allocate and track digital ad spend, ensuring campaigns stay within budget and meet performance targets.
• Report on spend vs. ROI and recommend budget adjustments as needed.

Market and Competitor Research
• Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices.
• Conduct competitive analyses to identify opportunities and threats

Behavioral and Functional Competencies:

Experience with marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS for landingpage tweaks.
Graphic design aptitude (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva).
Selfstarter mentality with strong organizational and projectmanagement skills.
Creative thinker who thrives in a fastpaced, collaborative environment.
