Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
Grade: Executive

Reports to (Title of Manager): National Sales Manager
EDUCATION QUALIFICATION: Graduate/Diploma/BTech Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Trade Marketing Strategy & Execution
-
Develop and implement trade marketing plans tailored to uPVC window and door products across different regions.

Work closely with the sales team to understand channel needs and create region-specific campaigns.

Design promotional materials (POS, brochures, dealer boards, display kits) for retail partners.
-
Drive schemes, offers, and incentives for dealers and fabricators to increase channel loyalty.
2. Dealer/Distributor Engagement
-
Plan and organize dealer meets, product trainings, and engagement activities.

Develop loyalty programs and reward systems to retain and motivate channel partners.

Monitor dealer performance and recommend strategies to improve sales output.
3. Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis

Track competitor activities, pricing, and promotional strategies.

Conduct regular market visits to gather on-ground feedback and insights.

Provide data-driven insights to the marketing and product teams for strategy refinement.
4. Branding & In-Store Visibility
-
Ensure brand consistency and visibility at retail touchpoints through in-store branding, demo setups, and product displays.

Develop and maintain guidelines for visual merchandising and implementation standards.

Coordinate with vendors and agencies for execution of local marketing activities.
5. Cross-functional Coordination

Liaise with product, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure marketing alignment with product availability and regional demand.

Work with digital marketing teams for integrated offline-online channel promotions.
Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of the building materials or fenestration industry (uPVC windows & doors preferred).

Experience in B2B and trade channel marketing.

Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and execute across geographies.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred.

5–10 years of relevant experience in trade/channel marketing, preferably in uPVC, construction materials, hardware, or related industries.
