  • Ensure content aligns with brand tone, language, and visual standards.

  • Format and standardize slide layouts, fonts, colors, and visuals in accordance with corporate branding guidelines.

  • Collaborate with business development and client advisory teams to refine messaging and storytelling in presentations.

  • Adapt and localize existing decks for different client segments, markets, or geographies as needed.

  • Provide guidance on structuring presentations for maximum clarity and impact.

  • Ensure all client-facing decks are error-free, professional, and visually polished before delivery.

  • Maintain version control and manage content updates efficiently.

  • Work on tight deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail.

Qualifications:

  • Strong command of English grammar, style, and usage.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint; familiarity with Excel and Word is a plus.

  • Experience editing and formatting complex, data-driven presentations.

  • Familiarity with AP Style or other editorial guidelines is a plus.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Strong visual and narrative sense; ability to enhance storytelling through content and design.
