Technical Engineer – uPVC Windows & Doors
Location: As per project requirement
CTC: Up to ₹8 LPA
Experience: 3+ Years
Qualification: B. Tech (Civil / Mechanical / Production or relevant)

Job Summary
The Technical Engineer will be responsible for coordinating with customers to understand technical requirements for uPVC windows and doors, converting customer needs into accurate designs, calculations, and quotations, and coordinating with the plant, sales, and design teams for smooth execution of orders.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
 Coordinate directly with customers to understand project requirements, site conditions, and technical specifications.
 Provide technical consultation on uPVC windows and doors, profiles, hardware, glazing, and accessories.
 Prepare accurate calculations for window and door dimensions, reinforcements, glass, and hardware.
 Generate quotations and BOQs using EVA software and ensure accuracy.
 Coordinate with internal Sales, Design, and Plant/Production teams to ensure correct execution of orders.
 Share finalized drawings, technical details, and approvals with the plant.
 Handle technical clarifications and modifications during the project lifecycle.
 Ensure compliance with quality standards, design guidelines, and customer expectations.
 Maintain proper documentation, revisions, and data entry in SAP.
 Support site teams during installation, if required, for technical guidance.

Required Skills & Competencies
 Strong knowledge of uPVC window & door systems (profiles, hardware, glass, accessories).
 Hands-on experience with EVA software for design and quotation.
 Working knowledge of SAP for order processing and documentation.
 Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and site measurements.
 Good communication skills for customer interaction and internal coordination.
 Problem-solving and attention to detail.

Experience Requirements
 Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in the uPVC windows and doors industry.
 Proven experience in customer coordination, technical calculations, and quotation preparation.
