Purpose
The Marketing Head is responsible for developing and executing the company's overall marketing strategy to strengthen brand positioning, generate qualified leads, increase market share, and drive revenue growth. The role oversees brand management, digital marketing, product marketing, market research, promotional activities, and marketing team performance to achieve organizational objectives.
Scope
The Marketing Head is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the organization's marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition, market expansion, and revenue growth. The role ensures alignment between marketing initiatives and business objectives while leading the marketing team and managing marketing resources effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create annual marketing plans, budgets, and campaign calendars.
- Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends.
- Establish marketing KPIs and monitor performance.
- Build and maintain a strong corporate and product brand image.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all communication channels.
- Develop brand awareness and customer engagement initiatives.
- Lead SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing activities.
- Optimize digital campaigns to improve lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Monitor website performance and digital analytics.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Support product launches and promotional campaigns.

Qualifications & Experience
- MBA in Marketing / PGDM (Marketing) preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 10–15 years of experience in marketing.
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership role managing a marketing team.
- Experience in strategic marketing, branding, digital marketing, and business development.
- Experience in Healthcare, Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical, or Manufacturing industries preferred.
