Job Description:
Responsible for driving the Successful Delivery of Strategic Initiatives, ensuring Alignment with Business Goals and Organizational Priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
Define project success metrics, and long-term impact in alignment with business strategy.
Provide direction on complex & high-impact initiatives.
Establish governance frameworks, policies, and best practices for project execution.
Delivery Excellence
Ensure consistent delivery of projects within scope, time, cost, and quality benchmarks.
Implement performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting systems.
Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and methodologies.
Risk, Governance & Compliance
Establish robust risk management frameworks and escalation mechanisms.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Drive proactive identification and mitigation of enterprise-level risks.
Program & Portfolio Oversight
Oversee multiple projects simultaneously ensuring prioritization and resource optimization.
Drive interdependencies across projects and ensure seamless coordination.
Ensure alignment with organizational priorities and strategic roadmaps.
Executive Stakeholder Management
Engage with senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Provide strategic insights, progress updates, and risk assessments.
Influence decision-making at the executive level.
Commercial Accountability
Ensuring alignment with project budgets & forecasts
Ensure cost efficiency and value delivery.
Oversee contract negotiations, vendor management, and commercial aspects.
Leadership & Capability Building
Build, mentor, and lead high-performing project teams and leadership pipelines.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Develop organizational project management capabilities and maturity.
