Senior Manager - Maintenance (Electrical) for pipe Fittings, Jalgoan

Job Description:

Qualification required for position Sr. Manager (Electrical).Maint. Dept.
1. Educational Background:-
 Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (mandatory).
 Diploma holders with strong relevant experience may be considered.
 Candidate with Elect Sup Licence issued by Electrical Inspector will be better.
2. Experience:-
 15–18 years of industrial manufacturing experience in plastic manufacturing company. Relevant experience in PVC/CPVC fitting manufacturing will be preferred.
 Prior exposure to injection moulding machines, compressors, DG sets, transformers, cranes, and material mixers.
 Proven track record in preventive and breakdown maintenance is required.
3. Technical Skills:-
 Sr. Manager (Electrical):
o Power distribution, transformers, DG sets, Transformer and switch yards, industrial wiring.
o PLCs, automation systems, and energy management systems.

4. Operational & Managerial Skills:-
 Manpower Handling: Supervision of technicians/operators, task allocation, productivity monitoring.
 Spares Sourcing: Spare parts identification, procurement planning, and inventory management.
 Vendor Communication: Coordination with suppliers, negotiation, and ensuring timely delivery.
 Audit Preparation: Documentation and compliance support for ISO, ENMS, and safety audits.
 Government Coordination: Liaison with authorities such as MSEDCL (Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co. Ltd.), Electrical Inspector, and other statutory bodies.
 Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of statutory requirements, regulatory filings, and adherence to safety/environmental norms.
 The candidate must be conversant with computer systems and possess knowledge of the SAP system. Additionally, he should be capable of managing daily communication and preparing reports effectively through email.
5. Certifications & Compliance:-
 Familiarity with ISO standards, ENMS, and occupational safety norms.
 Ability to maintain compliance records and support external/internal audits.
6. Soft Skills:-
 Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
 Effective communication and team coordination.
 Willingness to work in shifts and under production pressure.
 Knowledge of Servo Drives, Motors, PLC, Material handling system.
