Manager Technical Trainer at Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh)

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Manager – Technical Training
(Broadband Technical) to lead technical capability development initiatives for
broadband installation, service delivery, troubleshooting, and network support teams
across Uttar Pradesh.
The role requires a strong technical training professional with expertise in:
 Broadband technologies and network operations
 Technical content creation
 Batch planning and training execution
 Hands-on technical demonstrations
 Field readiness assessments
 Role plays and troubleshooting simulations
 Technical capability enhancement for field teams and partners
The ideal candidate should have deep understanding of broadband infrastructure,
customer premises equipment (CPE), fiber connectivity, router configuration,
installation processes, and field technical operations.
Key Responsibilities
A. Technical Training Strategy & Execution
 Design and implement technical training programs for broadband installation
and support teams.
 Conduct induction, refresher, and advanced technical training sessions.
 Ensure standardized technical training delivery across locations.

B. Broadband Technical Training Delivery

 Deliver training on:
o Broadband technologies
o FTTH (Fiber to the Home) , Router and modem configuration
o Wi-Fi setup and optimization, Broadband installation process
o Fiber splicing basics, Network troubleshooting
o Service activation process, Customer premises equipment (CPE)
o Ticket handling and escalation process
C. Content Development & Instructional Design
 Create and update:
o Technical training manuals, Installation SOPs
o Troubleshooting guides
o Technical PPTs
o Assessment questionnaires
o Demo scripts

D. Practical & Field Readiness Training
 Conduct hands-on practical sessions on:
o Router configuration, Fiber connectivity
o Device installation. Service testing
o Fault identification, Signal testing
o Customer-side troubleshooting
E. Batch Planning & Training Operations
 Create training batches and schedules based on operational requirements.
 Coordinate logistics, training infrastructure, and technical lab setup.
 Ensure availability of demo devices, routers, cables, and tools.
 Track attendance, batch completion, and certification status.
