About the Role
We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Techno-Commercial Executives
to support aspiring Digital Service Providers (DSPs) in onboarding through the CM
Yuva Portal.
Key Responsibilities
Assist applicants in completing online application forms on the CM Yuva
portal.
Guide users through registration, login, and profile creation processes.
Support applicants in uploading documents and completing mandatory fields.
Resolve portal-related issues and application submission challenges.
Handle inbound calls and respond to applicant queries professionally.
Support onboarding of aspiring Digital Service Providers (DSPs).
Explain onboarding processes, eligibility criteria, and documentation
requirements.
Assist applicants with account activation and onboarding formalities.
Coordinate with field teams and operational teams for issue resolution.
Escalate unresolved technical cases to the concerned support team.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Graduate in any discipline preferred
Diploma/Certification in Computer Applications will be an added advantage
