Admin Manager, Lucknow
Job Description:
This role covers:
Oversee end-to-end administration and facility management across all company locations
Manage company-owned properties, office infrastructure, and asset maintenance
Handle vendor management, procurement, subcontractors, and logistics coordination
Supervise and manage blue-collar workforce and support staff
Ensure availability and functionality of office equipment and services
Liaise with external agencies, vendors, and authorities where required
Drive operational efficiency, cost control, and compliance in administrative processes
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain company properties; conduct inspections and track maintenance
Provide administrative support to the Executive Director and execute directives
Oversee subcontractors, freight, and logistics coordination
Manage vendor relationships and ensure equipment maintenance and functionality
Handle procurement, supplier coordination, and cost-effective service delivery
Supervise blue-collar staff (peons, office boys, drivers); manage attendance and task allocation
Coordinate with external agencies and support liaisoning activities

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
7-8 years of Admin experience, with at least 5 years in Manager role
Experience in managing vendors, properties, and support staff preferred
