Job Description:
Recruit DSAs
2. Territory sales: Own 15–40 pin codes. Ensure coverage via DSAs in each society/apartment
3. Target: 500–1000 new connections/month.
4. Training: Plans, installation process, OLT feasibility, competitor counter
5. Resolve issues: DSA commission, customer installation delay, feasibility fights, CRM login
6. RWA tie-ups: Help DSA crack society permissions for activities and fiber laying etc
2. Profile Requirements
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Education Graduate any stream. MBA will be added advantage.
Experience
atleast 5+ years in ISP, telecom, DTH, FMCG, insurance channel sales
Must have 2+ year handling DSAs/dealers/distributors
Age 30–35 years
Tech Excel MIS, Google Sheets, company CRM app
Language Kannada + Hindi + English for Karnataka. Speak local lingo
KPI Net Adds, ARPU, Churn control, DSA activation %
