Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage a network of Direct Selling Agents (DSAs).
  • Own and drive sales across an assigned territory (15–40 PIN codes), ensuring DSA coverage across key societies and apartment complexes.
  • Achieve monthly acquisition targets of 500–1,000 new broadband connections.
  • Train DSAs on product plans, installation processes, OLT feasibility, CRM usage, and competitor positioning.
  • Resolve operational issues related to DSA commissions, installation delays, feasibility conflicts, and CRM access.
  • Build and support RWA/society relationships to secure permissions for promotional activities and fiber deployment.



Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :


Education    Graduate any stream. MBA will be added advantage.
Experience
atleast 5+ years in ISP, telecom, DTH, FMCG, insurance channel sales
Must have    2+ year handling DSAs/dealers/distributors
Age    30–35 years
Tech    Excel MIS, Google Sheets, company CRM app
Language    Kannada + Hindi + English for Karnataka. Speak local lingo
KPI    Net Adds, ARPU, Churn control, DSA activation %
