Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  •  Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Partner with CEO and leadership team on workforce planning and organizational development.
  • Drive HR transformation initiatives and digitalization of HR processes.
  • Establish HR policies, systems, and governance frameworks.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy for leadership and critical positions.
  • Build talent pipelines across Sales, Service, Manufacturing, R&D, Operations, Finance, and Corporate Functions.
  • Improve employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
  • Develop succession planning and leadership pipeline programs.
  • Design and manage KPI/KRA-based performance management systems.
  • Facilitate goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
  • Drive a performance-oriented culture across the organization.
  • Develop leadership development programs and functional training initiatives.
  • Implement competency mapping and career development frameworks.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.
  • Design employee engagement, recognition, and retention programs.
  • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and implement improvement actions.
  • Manage annual increment and performance-linked reward processes.
  • Ensure timely statutory filings and audits.
  • Manage employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support business continuity through effective workforce management. .
  • Support data-driven decision-making for leadership.

                        Qualifications & Experience

  •  MBA / PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institution.
  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • Additional certifications in Labor Laws, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, OD, or HR Analytics.
  • 12–18+ years of progressive HR experience.
  • Minimum 5 years in a leadership role managing end-to-end HR functions.
  • Experience in Medical Devices, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Engineering, Healthcare Technology, or Capital Equipment industries preferred.
  •  Proven experience in scaling organizations and building HR systems.
