Job Description:
Line of Business: Retail Broadband, Channel Sales (LCO, MSO, Distributor & Sub-Distributor Management), and Enterprise Business (ILL, P2P, MPLS, and Mixed Solutions).
The candidates should have experience in Broadband/ISP/Telecom sales, channel partner management, ISP partner development, and Enterprise Connectivity Solutions.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in Broadband, ISP, Telecom, Cable TV, or Enterprise Sales.
Strong network and contacts among Distributors, MSOs, LCOs, IT Companies, Banks, Educational Institutions,
and Manufacturing Industries.
Proven track record in Channel Sales, Key Account Management, and Enterprise Business Development.
Key Accounts Manager – Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and develop business through Distributors, MSOs, LCOs, and existing channel partners for Broadband
and Cable TV services.
Drive Retail Broadband customer acquisition and revenue growth within assigned territories.
Handle Enterprise Business by acquiring and managing A, B, and C category License Holders and key corporate
accounts.
Generate new business opportunities from IT Companies, Banks, Colleges, Manufacturing Companies, and
other commercial establishments.
Promote and sell Internet Leased Line (ILL), Dedicated Internet Access (DIA), Mixed Bandwidth Solutions, NLD
Services, and Pipe Connectivity solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, license holders, and corporate stakeholders.
Identify business opportunities, conduct negotiations, prepare proposals, and ensure timely closure of sales
opportunities.
Achieve monthly targets related to revenue, customer acquisition, and overall business growth.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery, customer satisfaction, and retention.
