About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Graduate Engineer Trainees to join our Additive Manufacturing team. The selected candidates will support the production of high-precision aerospace components using advanced 3D printing technologies. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to build expertise in aerospace manufacturing, additive manufacturing processes, quality standards, and production operations.
- Operate industrial and desktop 3D printers following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Prepare and verify print jobs using slicing software and machine-specific parameters.
- Set up, monitor, and complete 3D printing operations while ensuring print quality.
- Perform post-processing activities such as support removal, cleaning, curing, sanding, and finishing.
- Inspect printed components for dimensional accuracy and surface quality.
- Maintain production records, machine logs, and quality documentation.
- Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of 3D printing equipment.
- Follow aerospace quality standards, safety protocols, and workplace procedures.
- Assist in troubleshooting print failures and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to optimize printing processes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce material waste.
