Job Description:
A Site O&M (Operations and Maintenance) Engineer manages daily plant performance, routine upkeep, and troubleshooting for utility-scale or commercial solar PV assets. The role focuses on maximizing energy yield, minimizing downtime, and ensuring site safety compliance
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose electrical, mechanical, or communication faults rapidly to restore optimal generation. [1]
- Vendor & Team Coordination: Manage local contractors, coordinate with visiting specialists, and handle spare parts inventory. [1]
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards, conduct tool-box talks, and maintain zero-incident site operations.
- Reporting: Maintain daily logs, generation reports, breakdown logs, and history sheets for audits
