Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor server performance and availability using system monitoring tools.
- Respond to and resolve basic server alerts, incidents, and service requests.
- Perform initial diagnostics and escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 support.
- Assist in maintaining documentation of server configurations, incidents, and changes.
- Maintain server assets inventory.
- Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks, roles, and modules for infrastructure automation.
- Automate provisioning, configuration, patching, and deployment tasks across environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions.
- Document processes, procedures, and automation standards.
