Job Description:
- Ensure uninterrupted operation of solar, wind, or hybrid power plants.
- Monitor plant performance against generation targets and contractual commitments.
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
- Ensure high equipment reliability and plant availability.
- Coordinate with OEMs and service providers for technical support and warranty claims.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as Plant Availability, PR, CUF, and Energy Yield.
- Analyze generation losses and identify opportunities for performance improvement.
- Track equipment health through SCADA and condition monitoring systems.
