Roles and Responsibilities :
Should have good exposure to generalist HR practices especially around PMS. Dealing with senior stakeholders, advising them on HR policies etc, working knowledge of labor laws, recruitment, matured, Good communication, excel, power point knowledge and exposure to ERP environment.
Should have handled employee population > 500/700. Handling of sales population will be a strong positive.
1. Generalist HR / PMS consulting/ Training and Development
2. Driving HR process and providing HR leadership / Design HR policies
3. Driving Recruitment and conducting and review of Monthly Committee meeting
4. Driving training as per training Calendar.
5. Employees grievance handling/ Employee Engagement
6. Employees on duty Injury and health issues handling.
7. Contract employees awareness program.
8. Monitoring of Safety Related Issues.
Desired Candidate Profile
MBA/MSW in HR domain.
Minimum 10+ years of experiences in the manufacturing sector with sound knowledge on the employee engagement and handling. Should have handled employee population > 500/700. Handling of sales population will be a strong positive.
