Job Description:
WORK EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
1. Should have worked in Oil & Gas refineries Sector/Petro Chemical Sector of more than 10 years in mechanical design.
2. Should have knowledge of designing Pressure vessels, Heat Exchangers & Columns.
3. Should have knowledge of following codes/standards: - IBR, IS, API & TEMA, ASME
4. Should have knowledge of following software's: - PV Lite, AutoCAD, HTRI & FEA Analysis.
5. Must have knowledge about reviewing and Checking of Drawings.
1. Develop mechanical architecture of new products. Should be able to handle complete product design/development activity independently.
2. Be responsible for design of products, components and assemblies
3. Design Calculations, selection of standard components related to design and development.
4. Maintaining engineering documents such as specifications, bill of material, Tech. data sheet, ECN.
5. Participate in design reviews to surface issues and derive optimal robust solutions that satisfy business, product, and quality needs.
6. To provide support to purchase a team/Vendor for development, production & QC.
Min Qualification: B-tech-(Mechanical)
Minimum Experience: 10-15 Years- Pressure vessels / Heat Exchangers
Functional Experience: Experience in Drafting of Engineering drawings for Pressure Vessels and Heat Exchanges with Auto CAD.
Knowledge of solid works.
Knowledge of PV LITE, HTRI, FEA, cryogenic vessels.
Should have working knowledge with engineering and manufacturing companies related to oil and gas, refineries, petrochemical, chemical/fatty acid plant, power sector.
