Position Title: Plant Commercial Head Designation: Sr. Manager or Dy. GM
Job Location: Hosur, Bangalore Grade: M2 or M3
Gender: Male | Female Age: 30 to 45 years
Total Experience Required:10 to 12 years Travel Required:As per requirement
Position reporting to: Unit Head & All India Commercial Head

Education Essential: CA Qualified
Knowledge of SAP is must.
Preferred Industries: Manufacturing with core areas like Polymer, Chemicals, Paint, Pharma,
Rubber.
JD : Job Description
 To ensure all Commercial & Accounting Operations across functions in the Manufacturing
locations
 Ownership of P&L of Plant.
 Ownership of Cost control & Monitoring.
 Cost Controling (Starting from BOM to Pricing)
 Inventory Management – Raw material Planning, Purchase Planning (Domestic & Import).
 MIS Monitoring in SAP (Daily / Weekly / Monthly)
 Regular reporting of MIS (To GM Plant & HO)
 Team Management for Self & Team (Appoint, Train, Retain & Grow Together)
 Compliance - Adheriance to all Manufacturing compliance related to plant locations.
 Cost saving & Cost contro (Weekly & Monthly review).
 Adheriance to set SOP & Change the existing SOP wherever required.
 Strict adheriance to confidentialy and ensure ethical practices across all functions.
 Realtime deivation reporting / Any concern related to Profit, Loss, Excess or Negative
 Timly reconciliation (Stock – RM, SFG, FG, Scrap)
 New vendor development & existing management.
 Co-ordination with Taxation department
 Disposal of non moving inventory & non usable scrap
 To ensure that no one misuses any company property.
SKILLS:
 Demonstrate Leadership Skills | inter function and inter department coordination.
 Knowledge : understanding SAP dynamics, Excel, Power point , pivot etc.
