Job Description:

 Managing team of dealers and DMAs to achieve the define
targets
 Promoting our products, initiatives and follow SOP/guidelines
as organization’s objective
 Resolving dealer & customer issues within TAT to maintain the
relationships
Partnering with other dept to achieve the desire results and
resolutions
 Monitoring compliance level
 Tracking RC pendency progress
Ensure all the Documents w.r.to customers are Verified in
Originals & fulfilled as per credit norms and policies
Monitoring the competition’s activities, products, schemes,
incentives and policies & suggest to management to improve
our business and processes.
Collection of RC, Resolution of FEMI, NS within TAT and achieve
target/Benchmark give
 Maintaining discipline and company value in right spirits
