Job Description:
Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:
Channel handling and new business addition thru regular customer interactions & trials
Work on defined projects, maintain the customer details & timely reports submission
Mill to mill coverage & customer engagements by providing the solutions
Conduct trials against competition, record outcomes & demonstrate value benefits to win business
Closely working with cross-functional team for the new product developments
Be accountable for managing market share in defined territory
Track secondary sales for continuity of business developed
Understanding Customer Processes, Needs, Provide Solutions across multiple industry segments
Ensure higher coordination with reporting manager & be obsessed in sales growth
Work on Market mapping, identifying new customers, new application & new businesses.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Experience : 2+ years of experience in field of Food Processing Equipment’s or Spare Parts
Understanding of the Rice Mill Plant process
Preferred target Companies (if any): Buhler, Milltec, Satake. (Sales or Service engineers)
Any Graduation/MBA Preferred
2 to 5 years of Experience in field of Food Processing Equipment’s or Spare Parts
Understanding of the Rice Mill Plant process
Strong convincing skills and technically sound
Experience in secondary sales and servicing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
