Job Description:

The role reports to the Cluster Manager and is responsible for franchise acquisition / expansion of Primary schools. The candidate requires excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, communicate & present effectively to a potential Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to expand franchise Preschool in the assigned territory as per the goals of the regions.
  • Sign up new franchise Preschool at identified and validated locations.
  • In order to expand franchise signup in the assigned territory, the person is responsible to generate prospects by conducting various on ground field activities.
  • Conduct business presentation and evaluate the potential of business partners for expansion.
  • Responsible for revenue arising from franchise fee collection from new signup.
  • Provide intelligence related to market changes.
  • Adhere to laid down a procedure and process as per the function requirements.
  • To create reports as per the guideline and process of the functions.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Qualification & Requisite:

Post Graduate in Management (Operations / Sales) OR Graduate (BBA / BMS) with experience range of 4-7 years in franchisee / Sales / Institutional Sales.
Understanding of geographic regions & willingness to travel extensively (at least eighteen to twenty days in a month)
