Job Description
- Job Role involves performing the below activities for an esteemed Clients
- Day-to-day responsibilities for the team as agreed with the line manager to include:
- Assist with the management of all compliance-related activities for the client.
- Assist with risk assessment, reviews, monitoring & managing compliance for client.
- Provide advice, guidance and support to the client with regard to compliance
- Good expertise in payroll & establishment compliance.
- Drafting of legal notice, complaints, replies and other documents in adherence with the legal matter.
- Liasoning with Advocates (associates)/ Govt. department.
Desired candidate profile
- Good in managing tough clients
- Good in managing team
- Good knowledge in statutory compliance
- Good knowledge in Payroll compliance
- Ability to meet statutory deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills, liasoning skills, writing & drafting skills.
