Location: Mumbai
Qualification: Postgraduate
Experience: 7+ years (Minimum 3 years of experience in Education sector)
Job Description- Develop and implement effective training programs that enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of the sales, academic and operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development of the content and tools for Trainings.
- Training Calendar development and implementation.
- Facilitation of Product, Process and Sales Training.
- Identification of training needs and creation of training plans.
- Reports and Analysis.
Scope of work:
- Develop comprehensive training modules to deliver new product training to employees
- Develop content and provide sales training to existing and new employees
- Ensure learning support to existing employees in terms of upselling skills.
- Train the trainer for the cross functional employees on products if needed.
- Facilitate the soft skills training as and when required.
Skills and Qualities:
- 3+ years in the education industry is a must.
- 7+ years of overall experience in training and development.
- Significant experience in creating training content.
- Good analytical & reporting skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ready to travel if required.
