Job Description:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : 


1. Responsible for achieving sales targets.
2. Responsible for receiving the targets from ASMs.
3. Start appointing new agents by:.
a. Identifying potential of product sales in the allocated geography.
b. Conduct a retail survey of the allotted area and identify potential outlets for selling products.
c. Identify the distributor in the area allotted.
d.Approach competition outlets and convert them to buy products.
4.Responsible to identify if there is any issue with the distributor or retailer is facing and to take ASM help to resolve the issue.
5.Responsible to handle institutional sales.
6.Responsible to visit large institutions like colleges, schools, hospitals, banks and hotels and pitch  products to them.
7.Responsible to fix up meetings with the purchase manager / Purchase in charge.
8.Responsible to explain the history of the company.
9.The quality of products offered.
10. The discounts offered for bulk buying.
11. Convince the purchase manager to order bulk requirements.
12.Discuss the mode of payment and explain about our cash collection systems.  
13. Business Development/Sales Promotions.
14. Communicate all new schemes offered by the company to the distributors and retailers.
15. Keep track of competitor promotional activities, inform the ASMs of the same.
16. Convince shops/agents t put up banners, boards, paintings etc to be put at the shops.
17. Daily reports.
18. Prepare DSRs.
19. Discuss issues with ASMs.
20. Prepare monthly reports.
   
SKILL SET REQUIRED : 
FUNCTIONAL SKILLS : 

Should have proper knowledge about Sales and Dairy Products
Communication about product & business with proper data.
Territory Knowledge

TECHNICAL SKILLS : 

MIS reports related to sales data.
BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES REQUIRED :  
Self motivated with ability to solve the problems.
