Job Description:

The ideal candidate will possess over 17 years of professional experience with a robust background in .Net and SQL
query, alongside proven expertise in people management, project management, IT testing, and stakeholder
management. This role demands strong leadership skills, understanding of CMMI Level 5
processes, ISO 27001 audits, and excellent communication and people management abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
 Technical Expertise:
o Leverage hands-on experience with .Net and SQL query to provide technical
oversight and guidance.
o Ensure the development and maintenance of high-quality custom applications
that meet business needs and technical requirements.

 Project Management:
o Plan, execute, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are
completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
o Utilize project management methodologies and tools to track progress,
manage risks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

 Stakeholder Management:
o Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, understanding their needs
and ensuring their requirements are met.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external
stakeholders, ensuring their engagement and satisfaction.

 Compliance and Quality Assurance:
o Ensure adherence to CMMI Level 5 processes and standards, promoting
continuous improvement and best practices.
o Oversee ISO 27001 audit processes, ensuring compliance with information
security standards and regulations.
 Communication and People Management:
o Exhibit strong communication skills, effectively conveying information to
team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
o Demonstrate exceptional people management skills, promoting a positive and
productive work environment.
 Leadership and Management:
o Lead and manage the Custom Applications division, ensuring alignment with
the company's strategic goals and objectives.
o Oversee IT L1 and L2 support teams, ensuring timely and efficient resolution
of issues.
o Direct and manage IT testing teams, ensuring rigorous testing and quality
assurance practices are followed.
o Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative
and high-performance culture.

 

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a
related field.
 15+ years of professional experience in IT, with a strong background in .Net and SQL
query.
 Proven experience in leading IT testing teams, project management, and stakeholder
management.
 In-depth knowledge of CMMI Level 5 processes and ISO 27001 audit standards.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Strong people management and leadership abilities.
 Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills:
 Certification in Project Management (PMP).
 Experience with other programming languages and technologies.
 Understanding of modern software development methodologies and tools.
