JD for Asst. Manager or Sr. Executive Purchase:-

Position                 -       Asst Manager/Sr Exec -Purchase

Reporting to           -       Purchase Manager

Specific Criteria     -     Prefer local candidates or those willing to move to Tumakuru city  

7) Job Profile -

1. Supply Chain Management experience -vendor/supplier identification, coordination and pricing review related to FMCG Industries.
2. Should be knowledgeable in indirect taxes, costing of Raw material, Handling Logistics for Outward and Inward, Vendor development for cost reduction, inventory control. Should be aware of legal implications of PO terms.
3. Knowledge of entire documentations for material movement inside factory and outside factory in SAP and as per ISO.
4. With Procurement experience of 6-9 yrs and able to conversant with vendor in suitable language with confidence.
5. Strong Analytical thinking, good attitude work with focus on results
6. Skills required - Purchase and planning, inventory management, vender management , Transportation, Tracking materials till arrival  
7. Strong hands-on experience in MS-OFFICE (need to be skilled to work on MS Excel till Macros)
8. SAP,  (MM Module) system Knowledge is a must
9. Knowledge of IMS & Knowledge of Six sigma preferred
10. Should have strong written and oral English communication skills, proficiency in national language is also desired.
11. Desired to have a candidate who can communicate vendors in local language
12. Prefer candidate who is clam in critical situation and team player
