Job Title: Associate HR Manager

Reports to: Director

Location: Bagroda Industrial Area Bhopal

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Associate HR Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing HR initiatives, policies, and procedures to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR:

1. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
2. Conduct workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
3. Foster a positive work culture and employee engagement.

Talent Acquisition & Management:

1. Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
2. Develop and manage employee retention strategies.
3. Conduct performance management and talent development initiatives.

Employee Relations:

1. Handle employee complaints, grievances, and conflicts.
2. Develop and implement employee recognition and reward programs.
3. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Compensation & Benefits:

1. Manage compensation and benefits programs.
2. Develop and implement employee wellness initiatives.

Training & Development:

1. Design and deliver training programs.
2. Identify training needs and develop training plans.
3. Evaluate training effectiveness.

HR Operations:

1. Manage HR systems.
2. Ensure data accuracy and compliance.
3. Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.

Leadership:

1. Lead and manage HR team members.
2. Provide coaching, guidance, and support.
3. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Requirements:

Education:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field.

Experience:

- 3-5 years of HR experience, with 2 years in junior management role.

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of HR principles, laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office.

Salary & Benefits:
