Production Engineer for Bhopal (Bagroda location)
Job Description:
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) or related field

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in production planning and scheduling to ensure timely delivery of medical equipment
• Perform minor and major soldering work on electronic components, PCBs, and assemblies with precision and safety
• Support process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce manufacturing waste
• Participate in quality control and assurance activities to maintain product reliability and compliance with standards
• Collaborate with R&D, Design, and Service teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Contribute to the implementation of new manufacturing technologies and techniques
• Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for process improvement
• Maintain accurate production documentation and reports as per company protocols
• Ensure adherence to safety, ESD, and regulatory guidelines during manufacturing operations

Qualifications & Skills
• Pursuing or recently completed B.E./B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) or equivalent
• Hands-on experience or understanding of electronic assembly, soldering (minor & major), and rework techniques
• Strong understanding of electronics fundamentals and communication systems
• Interest in medical device manufacturing and product development
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn emerging technologies
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards
