Job Title: Environment, Safety, and Governance Executive

Department: Environmental and Safety Compliance
Reports To: EHS head
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Electrical engineer, Safety Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 10-15 years
Proven experience in ESG, environmental sustainability, electrical, safety, or corporate governance roles. Lead auditor ISO-45001, ISO-14001, ISO-9001.
Knowledge of relevant ESG frameworks and standards, such as GRI, SASB, and TCFD.
Strong understanding of environmental regulations and safety protocols.
Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
Computer skill: MS Excel, PPT, Microsoft & other AI Tools
Effective communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Job Summary:
As an Environment, Safety, and Governance (ESG) Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our organization's commitment to environmental sustainability, safety, and corporate governance.
You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing ESG initiatives, policies, and compliance to minimize environmental impact, maintain a safe working environment, and uphold high standards of corporate governance.
Key Responsibilities:
Environmental Sustainability:
Develop and execute the company's environmental sustainability strategy.
Monitor environmental performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborate with various departments to reduce the organization's carbon footprint and resource consumption.
Stay updated on environmental regulations and industry best practices.
Safety and Health:
Implement safety policies and procedures to create a safe working environment.
Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
Lead safety training programs for employees and ensure adherence to safety standards.
Investigate and report on workplace accidents and incidents, implementing corrective actions as necessary.

Develop and maintain corporate governance policies, ensuring adherence to legal and ethical standards.
Manage and coordinate compliance efforts with relevant laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
Oversee internal and external audits to assess compliance with governance principles.
Maintain and enhance the company's reputation for ethical business practices.
Reporting and Data Analysis:
Prepare and publish regular ESG reports and communicate performance to stakeholders.
Analyses ESG data, assess progress, and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the finance and reporting teams to ensure accurate and transparent reporting.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, regulators, and community organizations, to communicate ESG efforts.
Collaborate with the investor relations team to support ESG-related investor communications.
Manage relationships with ESG rating agencies and assess ESG-related risks and opportunities.
