Job Description:

Job Purpose

Responsible for strategically managing the penetration and performance of various fee-based products, including Value Add Services such as Health & Wellness, Mobile ADLD, credit shield, and health insurance.
This role involves not only achieving penetration targets but also overseeing the seamless execution of operational tasks associated with these offerings. The goal is to enhance the accessibility and effectiveness of these services, ultimately contributing to the overall success and satisfaction of our customers

Key Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities

 Overseeing Penetration Management in collaboration with diverse business teams.
 Conducting training sessions for both new and existing employees.
 Managing and nurturing partner relationships for optimal outcomes.
 Designing innovative fee-based products to enhance our service portfolio.
 Strategically planning and executing the rollout of new offerings.
 Analyzing market trends and customer needs to inform product development.
 Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product integration.
 Monitoring and assessing the performance of fee-based products.
 Providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
 Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards

Job Requirements

  • Qualifications Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Other certified course is plus
  • Experience 5 to 8 years in Insurance or core sector.

Functional Competencies

  • Proven experience in product management, with a preference for the financial sector.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Hindi; proficiency in other regional languages is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
  • Prepare and analyze reports on fee product performance, including sales metrics, revenue generation, and customer satisfaction
