Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:


1. Business Development &  Sales Strategy
 Develop and execute wholesale bandwidth sales strategies to maximize market
share and revenue.
 Identify and acquire new ISP & ; MSO clients to grow the wholesale business.
 Manage the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract/price negotiation
and closure.
2. Client & Relationship Management
 Maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale customers (regional ISPs).
 Conduct regular client meetings, business reviews, and market analysis to identify
expansion opportunities.
 Ensure high customer satisfaction through service assurance and proactive account
management.
 Build strong relationships with ISPs and convert them as Strategic Alliance
Partnership.
3. Commercial & Pricing Strategy
 Design competitive pricing models for bandwidth, leased lines, and IP transit
services.
 Work closely with finance and regulatory teams to ensure profitable and compliant
deal structuring.
 Negotiate long-term contracts, SLAs, and customized solutions based on client needs.
4. Network & Infrastructure Collaboration
 Coordinate with network planning and operations teams to ensure timely deliveries.
 Drive fiber network expansion partnerships with local ISPs and infrastructure providers.

5. Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis
 Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and emerging technologies in wholesale bandwidth.
 Develop strategies to stay ahead of competitors in the wholesale and carrier business.
 Provide insights on regional demand patterns and potential areas for growth.
 Proactively monitor price changes and extend the benefits to the existing Customers
to retain them.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Key Qualifications & Skills:
 15+ years of experience in wholesale ISP sales, or B2B bandwidth sales.
 Strong understanding of IP transit, MPLS, leased lines, fiber-optic networks, and
carrier-grade solutions.
 Proven ability to generate multi-million-dollar sales in bandwidth and connectivity
services.
 Strong contract negotiation skills, including experience with SLAs and regulatory
compliance.
 Excellent networking and relationship management skills within the telecom and ISP
ecosystem.
 Experience working with Tier 1 & Tier 2 ISPs, and large enterprises.
 Ability to work with cross-functional teams (technical, finance, legal, operations) to
drive business growth.
KPIs & Success Metrics:
 Revenue Growth – Achieving and exceeding wholesale sales targets.
 Retain and grow business from the existing ISP Customers/Partners
 Client Acquisition & Retention – Expanding the ISP and enterprise customer base.
 Convert existing/new ISPs as Strategic Alliance Partners
 Market Share Expansion – Increasing penetration in regional ISP markets.
 Profitability – Optimizing margins while maintaining competitive pricing.
