Support Business Partners to achieve Desired growth and streamline school operational process.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Support business partners to achieve desired business growth.
2) Guiding School to achieve desired admission numbers.
3) Maintain strong relationship with Business partner and other external stake holders.
4) Smooth coordination between various internal teams to support business partners.
5) Responsible for achieving revenue target from defined territory.
Scope of work:
1. Relationship Management and Administration
Facilitating good relationships to maximize business and maintaining a good reputation.
Responsible for enrollment in the school
Implementing school wise marketing plan
Liaise with the project team to track school construction schedule to increase the school capacity.
Liaise with operations and procurement team to ensure timely delivery of all procured items.
Continuous research of changes in the market that can be used by the school to enhance its USP.
Liaise with Support Functions for operation support.
Find solutions to all critical incidents in conjunction with reporting Manager.
Prepare school-wise MIS for reporting purpose
Prepare and Conduct BP and relationship manager inductions.
Prepare Audit Compliance Document and Reporting format to be put into practice at the school.
Ensure adherence of SOP in schools.
2. Marketing
Evaluate the catchment/competition analysis
Finalise the strategies to achieve admission targets for each school
Prepare the marketing Calendar for new schools in conjuction with the marketing team.
Overlook the implementation of the ATL and BTL activities on ground level.
Overlook and ensure effect spend of the schools marketing budget.
Work with marketing team to develop and implement School Activation programs.
Review and rework on the marketing calendar quarter to maximize WOM and FOOTFALLS at the school.
Overlook the PR strategy to promote the school.
3. Facility Management
Ensure the school infrastructure is ready for use as per the agreed scope for the 1st year.
Guide the BP and operations team to follow the brand guidelines.
Ensure audit non compliances are closed by the franchisee’s
4. Parental Communication and Involvement
Conduct lost customer survey.
Prepare and evaluate the half yearly Customer Satisfaction Survey (Parents).
Overlook and evaluate trends of critical incidence and grievances.
5. Financial Responsibility
Ensure that the franchisee’s are financially compliant with the company and his customers
Ensure the procurement of all ZLL products, which includes essential and value-added products by franchise partners and implementation in schools.
Responsible to retain schools in network and help to achieve desired financial growth.
6. Staff Management
Prepare the annual teachers training calendar with RSD.
Prepare teambuilding activities for schools
Prepare and evaluate the half yearly Customer Satisfaction Survey (Management, Teaching and Non Teaching Staffs)
Co-ordinate recruitment and selection process when necessary to assist the school management.
Prepare the training materials for RM.
