Job Description:
- Prepare proposals for new initiatives & programs for portfolio monitoring.
- Monitoring EV product, CSC business in all quality parameters like FEMI, NS, Finance matrix etc.
- Allocation and monitoring of DDF portfolio.
- Audit all performance parameters, policy compliance, triggers and minimize error by building system capability.
- Design scheme for proposed IRR, access all field requests for scheme offering, competition scheme offering & submit proposal to management.
- Coordination with field sales team for all HO initiatives, maintaining dashboard of all performance KPI’s & completion of tasks in timely manner.
- Preparation of reports & dashboards for KPI performance tracking & data management.
- Cross functional co-ordination with various department and sales support to field team.
