Job Description:

 Strategic Procurement: Develop and implement procurement strategies for oil imports and
other critical materials aligned with company goals.
 Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage supplier relationships; negotiate
contracts, pricing, and service terms.
 Market Intelligence: Monitor global oil markets and industry trends to support procurement
decisions and risk management.
 Risk Management: Mitigate risks related to supply chain disruptions, price volatility, and
compliance.
 Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of procurement professionals.
 Budgeting & Cost Control: Prepare and manage procurement budgets with a focus on cost
optimization.
 Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all legal, statutory, and environmental
regulations related to imports and procurement.
 Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Production, QA, Engineering, and Finance
teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.
 Process Improvement: Continuously review procurement processes and implement
improvements for cost efficiency and service excellence.
