1) To manage HR Operations and the Generalist role
2) MIS and Dashboard
3) Site and Office Compliances
4) Statutory Compliances & project Headcount billing
5) Monthly PF and Gratuity calendars
6) Preparation of Org Chart, Org communication etc.

- Ensuring compliance with all pre-employment checks
- Managing PAYROLL operations and management and Compliance
- Ensuring employee records are maintained accurately in line with data privacy regulations
- Implementing new company policies
