Job Description:
Commercial Head for our PPD Division at Jadcherla Unit.

- Should have experience working in Plant Manufacturing Unit from Plastic Industry.

 - Minimum 5 Years Experience / knowledge of Manufacturing accounting.

Job Location: Jadcherla Unit
Grade:E3 or M1
Gender: Male Age:35 to 45 years
Total Experience Required:10 to 15 years Travel Required: As per requirement Position reporting to: Unit Head & All India Commercial Head
Education Essential: B.Com. | M.Com., MBA (Fin), CA | ICWA Inter with Min. 5 years of exposure in manufacturing sectors. Knowledge of SAP is must.
JD : Job Description
 To ensure all Commercial Function of the Unit in existence
 Raw material (Imp/Indigenous) planning & procurement as per commercial procedure and continuous monitoring of LD & LPG
 Implementation and compliance of all management instructions for budget monitoring / unit authority / information for non-compliance of accounting procedures
 Ensuring timely and accurate compliances with respect to various statutory dues related to taxation and others
 Risk management : Ensuring that assets of the company are insured against all possible risks and also timely renewal of various insurance policies.
 Report on cost saving project under taken by the plants
 Co-ordination with various functional heads/department for timely completion of MIS
 Report on weekly sales realization ( Along with analysis and reson of change with respect to previous period)
 Co-ordination with stores department for Inventory Control as per target
 Co-ordination with Taxation department
 Disposal of non moving inventory & non usable scrap
 Other work assigned by HO / Unit Head time to time
 JD/KRA/Activity Calendar review of all team members on monthly basis in coordination with HR
 Identify proper Skill and Training requirements for his team members along with HR in the starting of the year, which can be updated as per requirement. (Skill Matrix and Training Need Identification).
 Should conduct minimum 8 Hours of training in every Quarter on various topics including Commercial and Behavioral in the Unit.
 To provide 3 and 6 Monthly training evaluation of the team members for the trainings conducted for them.
 To ensure that no one misuses any company property.
 To ensure that proper discipline is maintained in the department.
SKILLS:
 Demonstrate Leadership Skills | inter function and inter department coordination.
 Knowledge : understanding SAP dynamics, Excel, Power point , pivot etc.
