Role Overview
We’re looking for a performance-driven creative specialist who understands what makes people stop scrolling and click. This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing and ad creatives, with a strong focus on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads.
You’ll be responsible for creating high-converting static and video ads that drive measurable results—CTR, hook rate, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Create scroll-stopping Meta ad creatives (static + video)
Develop multiple creative variations for A/B testing
Focus on improving CTR, hook rate, and conversion metrics
Conceptualize and execute performance-driven ad ideas
Work closely with the Growth team to align creatives with campaign goals
Rapidly iterate creatives based on performance data
Required Skills & Tools
Proven experience in creating high-performing Meta ads
Experience with:
AI video generation tools
AI image generation tools
Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop
Ability to create both UGC-style and polished ad creatives
Strong sense of hooks, storytelling, and ad psychology
Must share a portfolio of Meta ad work (mandatory)
Ability to work in-office
Must have own laptop/computer

- Experience working with D2C, e‑commerce, SaaS, or app‑based brands
- Knowledge on AI based tools for content and video generation
