Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and strengthen a premium, aspirational brand identity aligned with global education standards
- Own brand storytelling, messaging, and consistency across all touchpoints
- Drive high-quality leads and enrolments through targeted ATL, BTL, and digital campaigns
- Develop city-wise and micro-market strategies for premium catchments
- Lead paid media, digital funnels, website optimization, and analytics
- Track and improve CPL, CAC, lead quality, and conversion ratios
- Responsible for driving and owning the Admission targets for the Brands
- Partner with admissions teams to align marketing and selling narratives
- Create premium sales tools, pitch decks, and parent engagement assets
- Enhance the end-to-end parent journey from enquiry to admission
- Build alliances with premium communities, corporates, and relevant brands
- Drive curated events, open houses, and brand-led experiences Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Lead internal tears and external agencies with clear KPIS and budgets
