Job Description:

Role & responsibilities

1. Office & Operations Management

• Oversees day-to-day administrative activities
• Ensures offices, service centers, and field units run smoothly
• Maintains infrastructure like offices, vehicles, and equipment

2. Human Resource Coordination

• Supervises recruitment, training, and staff welfare
• Maintains employee records and attendance
• Ensures discipline and workplace policies

3. Vendor & Facility Management

• Coordinates with vendors for equipment, cables, routers, and maintenance
• Manages contracts for office services (security, housekeeping, etc.)

4. Customer Service Support

• Supports customer service teams for efficient complaint handling
• Ens oversight of service centers and front-desk operations

5. Regulatory & Compliance Work

• Ensures company follows telecom rules and government regulations
• Maintains licenses, documentation, and legal compliance
• In India, works with authorities like Telecom Regulatory Authority of India

6. Budgeting & Cost Control

• Prepares administrative budgets
• Controls expenses related to operations and facilities
• Approves purchases and resource allocation

7. Communication & Coordination

• Acts as a link between top management and staff
• Coordinates between technical, sales, and customer support departments

8. Safety & Risk Management

• Ensures workplace safety standards
• Manages emergency procedures and data security policies
