Brief about Role:

looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Experience Center Designer who can create an exceptional walk-in experience for clients while driving design service sales for kitchens and wardrobes. This role combines customer engagement, design consultation, sales conversion, lead follow-up, and design execution. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling walk-in clients, understanding their requirements, pitching design solutions, preparing concepts, and converting opportunities into business. The candidate should also be capable of creating 2D/3D designs and quotations using design software such as AutoCAD, Infurnia, or similar platforms.
• Experience in kitchen and wardrobe design is mandatory
• Sales-oriented with ability to convert walk-ins into business opportunities
• Good understanding of modular kitchen and wardrobe planning
• Strong follow-up and lead management skills, presentable, proactive, and customer-centric approach Roles & Responsibilities: Customer Handling & Design Sales – 70%
• Attend walk-in customers and provide an exceptional experience at the Experience Center
• Understand customer requirements for kitchens, wardrobes, and storage solutions
• Pitch design services including 2D/3D drawings and quotations
• Drive design sales through effective consultation and solution selling
• Manage inquiries, follow up on leads, and support conversion
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless customer support Design & Quotation – 30%
• Create 2D and 3D designs for kitchens and wardrobes
• Use AutoCAD, Infurnia, and other design software
• Prepare accurate quotations for complete kitchen and wardrobe projects
• Ensure practical, aesthetic, and customer-aligned design solutions
• Ensuring timely turnaround of designs and quotations to improve customer conversion Skillset and Qualifications Required:
• Degree / Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Space Planning, or related field
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in kitchen, wardrobe, or interior design
• Experience in modular kitchen, wardrobe, home interiors, or experience center/showroom environment preferred
• Prior exposure to customer handling, design selling, and quotation preparation will be an added advantage

Skillset and Qualifications Required:
• Degree / Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Space Planning, or related field
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in kitchen, wardrobe, or interior design
• Experience in modular kitchen, wardrobe, home interiors, or experience center/showroom environment preferred
