Job Description:

Role : Manager / Lead – Training Academy (Infrastructure and Operations)
Positions : 1 Opening (Role Based out of - Gurugram)
Type : Full Time, Work from Office
Reporting to : Head – L and D / HR Head
Experience : 6–12 years (Training Operations, Infrastructure Management, L and D Operations, Facility
& Academy Management)

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Training Academy – Infrastructure Lead to establish, manage, and scale the Training Academy infrastructure. 
This role will ensure that the academy functions as a world-class capability-building center with best-in- class physical infrastructure, digital learning systems, product demo zones, and seamless operational management.

Your Role and Responsibilities
1. Academy Infrastructure Setup and Management

  • Establish and manage Training Academy infrastructure (classrooms, demo zones, product display areas, labs).
  • Oversee design and setup of:
  • Product Experience Zones
  • Technical Demo & Installation Labs
  • Digital Training Studio (for video creation & webinars)
  • Assessment & Certification Rooms
  • Ensure training rooms are equipped with AV systems, smart screens, recording tools & LMS integration.
  • Coordinate with Admin & Procurement for infrastructure upgrades and maintenance.

2. Product & Demo Asset Management

  • Ensure availability of latest product samples & demo kits for:
  • Digital Locks, Safes, Door Hardware, Glass Fittings, Access Control Systems
  • Maintain demo inventory & calibration of training kits.
  • Coordinate with Product & Service teams for new launch displays & installation setups.
  • Ensure proper labeling, product documentation & experience flow within academy.

3. Digital Learning and LMS Operations

  • Ensure smooth execution of virtual & hybrid training programs.
  • Oversee recording studio operations for micro-learning & product videos.
  • Maintain digital content repository and access control.
  • Track attendance, certification data & digital engagement metrics.

4. Training Operations & Scheduling

  • Manage annual training calendar logistics.
  • Coordinate trainer availability, session scheduling & participant communication.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding training batches (Sales, Service, Channel Partners).
  • Maintain training data, attendance records & infrastructure utilization reports.

5. Governance and Compliance

  • Ensure safety compliance within demo & installation labs.
  • Implement infrastructure audit checklists.
  • Monitor academy operational costs & optimize budgets.
  • Maintain SOPs for academy operations.

Functional Skills

1. Strong understanding of Training Academy Setup & Infrastructure Planning
2. Knowledge of AV systems, smart classrooms & studio setup
3. Experience in setting up academy in similar domain from infra to capability
4. Budgeting & vendor management capability
5. Inventory & asset management expertise
6. Operational excellence & process documentation skills
7. Exposure to hardware / building material industry preferred

Educational Qualification
Graduate (Operations / Business Administration preferred)
