Executive- QA (Microbiology) Ahmedabad Plant

Job Description:

1. Monitor and review RM/ PM/ SFG/ FG quality checks at the unit as per the Legal & Quality Plan &
SOP.
2. Analyze and identify trends in customer/ market complaints. Identify root cause and action plan for
market complaints. Identify action plan for reduction of complaints.
3. Food safety management system requirements - SOPs; Monitor and review documentation as per
defined SOP. Review reports and identify gaps.
4. Monitor and check for GMP and Hygiene for the plant and identify the gaps in food safety of the
product.
5. Monitoring and review water quality of the product.
6. Monitoring, reviewing and identification of gap in RM/PM Quality deviation and complaint.
7. Vendor audit, evaluation, and improvement on the basis quality deviation of RM & PM.
8. Implementation and assurance of all Legal compliance in the product, process and plant conditions
and preparation of documentation, Reports & trends.
Perform conventional microbiological test & rapid microbiological test of all product. Perform
environmental monitoring testing in aseptic processing area to ensure integrity of workspace.
Collect and test raw material, perform daily microbiological tests using swabs and water sampling.
Composed OOS and QA investigations and determining root cause analysis and implementing CAPAs
Perform tests on all incoming ingredients and document all records.
Maintain GMP, GLP of the respective areas, update and prepare SOP as per the rules and regulations.
Handling audits of FSSAI, FSSC, BIS perform internal audits of microbiological Laboratories.
