Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation and filing of income tax returns, advance tax workings, and tax computations.
- Support tax provisioning (current & deferred tax) and related schedules for quarterly and annual financial reporting (Ind AS).
- Handle TDS compliance, reconciliations, and coordination for tax audits.
- Assist in responding to tax notices, assessments, and litigation documentation.
- Provide support in tax due diligence, restructuring, M&A transactions, and valuation assignments.
- Conduct research on tax laws, judicial precedents, and regulatory updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants on ongoing tax matters.
