Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
1. Commission Management (Pan India)
 Prepare monthly commission calculations for Distributor, Direct Point, FTTH,
BBW, Enterprise, and One Business partners.
 Validate commission structures and ensure compliance with approved
commercial terms.
 Upload commission memos in the Payment system for processing and timely
partner payment.
 Maintain supporting documentation for commission approvals and audits.
 Coordinate with business and finance teams to resolve commission-related
discrepancies.
2. OTT and Offline Billing
 Prepare offline invoices and credit notes for SAP partners.
 Ensure billing accuracy and compliance with contractual terms.
 Maintain proper documentation for offline billing transactions.
 Ensure timely submission of invoices for accounting and payment processing.
3. Refund Processing
 Handle and process GST refund requests.
 Process wallet refund requests as per company policy.
 Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure accurate verification and
approval.
 Ensure refunds are processed within defined timelines.
 Maintain records of all refund transactions for audit and reconciliation purposes.
4. Reporting & MIS
 Generate and maintain key financial and operational reports including:
o Sales Register Reports
o Commission Deferral Reports
o Commission Summary Reports
 Prepare periodic MIS reports for management review.
 Provide analytical support to finance and business teams.
 Ensure timely and accurate reporting to support financial analysis and
decision-making.
5. Required Skills & Competencies
 Strong knowledge of billing processes and financial operations
 Hands-on experience in SAP and financial systems
 Understanding of GST and taxation basics
 Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
 High attention to detail and accuracy
 Ability to coordinate with multiple internal teams and partners
6. Educational Qualification
 Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting

 

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

7. Experience
 2–5 years of experience in finance operations, billing, or finance operation.
 Experience in telecom, broadband, or service industry preferred.
