1) Job Purpose:
To provide centralized coordination, project monitoring, MIS reporting, stakeholder management, and commercial support for land acquisition activities across renewable energy projects by acting as a bridge between regional land teams, external agencies, consultants, and senior management.
2) Job Context & Major Challenges:
Operating from the corporate office, the role is responsible for driving coordination between multiple regional land acquisition teams, consultants, legal advisors, government agencies, and project stakeholders across
different states.
Key challenges include managing multiple project timelines simultaneously, ensuring timely flow of information from field teams, tracking statutory approvals, supporting commercial negotiations, maintaining
- project documentation, and providing accurate MIS and management reports for decision-making.
- The role requires a highly agile individual capable of handling cross-functional coordination, managing
- competing priorities, and working effectively in a fast-paced renewable energy environment.

- Track project milestones, action items, approvals, and coordinate between regional land teams and management
- Cross-Functional Coordination Facilitate communication and collaboration between land, legal, projects, finance, and external stakeholders
- Resource Mobilization Support Monitor project requirements and coordinate deployment of consultants, agencies, and support resources
- Vendor & Agency Management Coordinate with survey agencies, consultants, liaison partners, and service providers for timely deliverables
- Commercial & Contract Support Support contract preparation, commercial evaluations, vendor negotiations, and agreement tracking
- Statutory Approvals Tracking Monitor progress of AAI, MOD, SNA, and other regulatory approvals and follow up with stakeholders for timely closure
- MIS & Dashboard Management Prepare project trackers, dashboards, management presentations, and periodic status reports
- Financial Tracking & Compliance Support budget monitoring, invoice tracking, payment follow-ups, and documentation compliance
- Document Management & Preservation
- Maintain centralized repository of land records, approvals, agreements, and project documentation
- Management Reporting Prepare executive summaries, review decks, and project updates for
- leadership reviews

Qualifications:
MBA / PGDM (Mandatory)
OR
LLB / Legal Qualification (Mandatory)
2–4 years of relevant experience in Project Coordination, Land Acquisition Support, PMO, Legal Coordination, Liaison, or Renewable Energy Projects
Strong exposure to:
o Project tracking and coordination
o MIS reporting and dashboard preparation
o Document management and record preservation
o Commercial coordination and vendor management
o Statutory approval tracking (AAI, MOD, SNA, etc.)
Advanced proficiency in:
o MS Excel
o PowerPoint
o MIS Dashboards
o Project Trackers
o Report Writing & Documentation
Strong communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and organizational skills
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage fast-paced project environments.
