About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Influencer Marketing Manager to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation through strategic influencer partnerships. The role will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns across digital platforms, building relationships with creators, agencies, and industry experts, and enhancing the company's digital presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the influencer marketing strategy aligned with brand and business objectives.
- Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers, content creators, architects, interior designers, home improvement experts, and industry opinion leaders.
- Plan and execute influencer-led campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging digital channels.
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and deliverables with influencers and agencies.
- Collaborate with brand, digital marketing, product, and sales teams to create impactful campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and track key metrics including reach, engagement, impressions, leads, and ROI.
- Manage influencer budgets and ensure optimal utilization of marketing spends.
- Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
- Develop long-term ambassador programs and strategic creator partnerships.
- Coordinate content creation, approvals, campaign execution, and reporting.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 8 to 12 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or Brand Marketing.
- Experience working with influencers, creators, agencies, or digital-first brands.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer ecosystems, and content trends.
- Proven experience in campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in Home Improvement, Building Materials, Consumer Durables, Furniture, Home Décor, Lifestyle, FMCG, or D2C brands will be preferred
